Super Falcons assistant coach, Maureen Madu has said that she is happy to have her replica in the current super falcons’ team ahead of the FIFA Women’s World Cup taking place in France.
Madu told brila.net in a chat that the current super falcons’ team have midfielders who played like her and with so much aggressiveness.
“When I was playing, I played at the midfield like Ngozi Nkobi and Halimat Ayinde, Ngozi plays more like me with much aggressiveness, she is a creative player she is good.
“In the National teams today we have so many alike players that play in the midfield, with that, it gladdened my heart to have players alike on the field of play in the super falcons’ team today ” Madu told brila.net.
