Super Eagles and OSC Lille striker Victor Osimhen has dismissed concern following fears that he has injured his abductor.
Osimhen looked like he was limping when he was taken off in the 58th minute of Lille’s 3-0 win over Bordeaux on Saturday, October 26.
In a chat with brila.net, Osimhen clarified it was just a groin discomfort and the coach opted to take precautionary measures.
He also said he will be back by the weekend to help his side in the French Ligue.
The power-playing forward also wished the Nigeria Golden Eaglets the best of luck, asserting they are in safe hands with Coach Manu Garba.
