Katsina United coach Henry Makinwa has stated some of the new laws will be withdrawn after the resumption of active football in various leagues in the world.
“When rules are made, It doesn’t mean they are perfect, I’m sure during the course of the leagues some of them will be withdrawn,’ Makinwa told brila.net.
“In an away game and you score in the 93rd minutes of play and someone will tell you, you can’t jubilate, I think the administrators will sit down withdraw some of the rules, he said.
