Leon Balogun backs Algeria to win AFCON

Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun has backed the Desert foxes of Algeria to win the 2019 AFCON ahead of the Terranga Lions of Senegal. 

Balogun who spoke to Cornerstonenewsng.comcorrespondent in Cairo stated that he is happy and will not get to his home empty-handed.
The 31-year-old defender also expressed his support to Algeria to win the AFCON.
”We have to be fair as well, we lost to Algeria, I think they are one of the tournament favorites as well as Senegal, both of the teams deserve to be in the finals, but all in all, we are happy to be in the third place”. Balogun ended.
