Nigeria U20 national team defender Valentine Ozornwafor has stated that the Flying Eagles of Nigeria will beat their Ukrainian counterpart later this evening to qualify for the next round of the ongoing FIFA U20 world cup in Poland.
Ozornwafor speaking ahead of today’s clash against Ukraine in a chat with www.brila.net apologized first for letting Nigerians down in the previous game against the United States of America and expressed that the next and final group stage game is one they will use to secure qualification from the group stage by beating Ukraine.
“The game against the United States has come and gone, it was a disappointing result we never expected that. Our major aim is to qualify with that game bit it has happened and there is nothing we can do about that.
“Looking forward to the next game, we have picked our heads back, picked our hands back and we are going forward going out there to beat Ukraine.”
Valentine Ozornwafor is a major doubt for today’s game against Ukraine.
