The Nigeria U-20 team, Flying Eagles’ camp in Germany is bubbling in unity as the players have been able to strike good bond that will reflect on their gameplay at the U-20 world cup in Poland.
Revealing this to brila.net, goalkeeper of the team, Detan Ogundare stated that the home-based players and their foreign-based counterparts have maintained a very cordial relationship as the countdown to the world cup continues.
“We see ourselves as one and the relationship is as expected because we mingle and relate well because we are from the same place and one Nigeria. We communicate well with each other. There is unity between us all, no discord”, he wrapped.
Flying Eagles are two –time silver medallists at the FIFA U20 World Cup finals and the 2019 world cup will kickoff on May 23, 2019.
