NWPL SUPER 4: Confluence Queens to battle Rivers Angel in the final

Arit Usang was the star of the day for Confluence Queens as they pipped Adamawa United to qualify for the final of the Nigeria women’s premier league super four.

 

Arit Usang scored twice for Confluence Queen at soccer temple in Agege on Friday to send her side into the final.

 

In the second semi-final,  Rivers Angels FC and Super Falcons number one shot-stopper, Chiamaka Nnadozie, was also the star performer, as she saved two penalties to advance her team to the final of the final at the expense of Bayelsa Queens.

 

The game ended goalless between both sides after a very close contest.

 

Confluence Queen will now battle Rivers Angels FC in this year’s final of Nigerian Professional Women League Super Four.
