Africa and Commonwealth games Wrestling champion in the 68Kg category Blessing Oborududu has expressed delight after picking Bronze at the Rome Wrestling ranking series tournament in Italy to open the year 2020 on a positive note.
Oborududu speaking in a chat with brila.net was grateful for a Bronze medal finish to crown her effort and also expressed gratitude to the President of Nigeria Wrestling Federation Hon. Daniel Igali who has always been supportive in all of the team’s endeavours.
“I really appreciate God for making it possible for me to win a Bronze medal in this ranking series tournament and the first tournament of the year not going home empty handed.
“I also want to use this opportunity to appreciate the President of the Wrestling Federation for his efforts and support and hope he continues to pilot the affair of the Federation.”
