Super Eagles striker Kayode Olarenwaju has resumed team training for his Ukrainian Premier League side Shakhtar Donetsk after two months of absence due to injury.
Kayode moved permanently to Shakhtar last summer from EPL champions Manchester City after a successful loan spell at Girona.
He has been training separately from the team since he recovered from the injury he sustained while in training camp with the club in Germany but the club confirmed via its website on Wednesday that he has returned with the team.
“The Nigerian, Olarenwaju Kayode started training with the team after a two-month break” it stated.
The Former Austria Wien striker may likely return on Saturday when Shaktar visit Oleksandria for match day 8 of the Premier League.
