Falconets and Nasarawa Amazons Head Coach, Chris Danjuma believes the experience garnered at the FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup will rub off on his NWPL team in the League.
Danjuma guided the Falconets to the quarter-finals of the World Cup in France but lost to eventual runners-up, Spain.
In a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comDanjuma, who also doubles as Coach of Nigeria Women’s League side, Nasarawa Amazon insists the knowledge gained from such a tournament will help improve the lot of players and the benefit the league.
“Anytime you go for a major competition or what ever major competition there are experiences you come with and you better your lot and better league. Bring more light into the way your players approach games and what they must do to make sure they win,” the Coach explained.
