Under-fire AS Monaco Manager Leonardo Jardim has left out Nigerian winger Henry Onyekuru from the match day squad to face Nantes on Friday night in the Ligue Un.
Onyekuru has been out of action for over weeks with a reported thigh injury and although listed as questionable for the trip to Brittany has been ruled out.
The Nigerian has played only 160 minutes of football in the league since joining in the Summer.
Jardim named 20 players, including Algeria’s Islam Slimani and Senegal’s Keita Balde.
Les Monégasques are 12 places behind Nantes, who are in second position but separated by just 7 points.
Monaco have only lost once in their last five Ligue Un matches, and have picked 10 points in the process, just one better than Friday’s host.
