Coach of Nigeria’s women wrestling team Akuh Purity has revealed that the wrestling team has taken advantage of technology by ensuring training are scheduled and meetings arranged via a video conferencing app.
Purity speaking in a chat with brila.net said the sessions have helped ensure they are still together as a team and this he believes will coke in handy for the team whenever they are able to regroup and help ensure a certain level of fitness is gotten.
