Enugu Rangers forward Godwin Aguda has urged fans of the Flying Antelopes not to panic after the team succumbed to a third straight defeat losing 3-1 against Enyimba in Aba on Sunday.
Aguda who scored Rangers only goal said in a chat with www.brila.net said the Flying Antelopes are as concerned as the fans and that there is no need to press the panic button yet while calling on fans of the club to simply continue to cheer and support the club in subsequent games.
“The fans have been so good to us, coming out cheering us up, having confidence in us due to the performances we have been given before now. All we just ask from the fans is for them to keep believing in us and keep on coming out everywhere too. Here us up.”
Enugu Rangers still sit top of the NPFL group A table but have seen their lead cut down to three points above second place Enyimba after losing three straight league games.
