Rio 2016 Olympics star eyes Super Eagles return

Rio 2016 Olympics football bronze medalist, Stanley Amuzie has declared his readiness to play for Nigeria again if the opportunity comes.
Amuzie, 23, who just penned a deal with Nk Aluminij of Slovenia told brila.net he is in a better position now to fight for a national team slot compared to when he was at FC Lugano in Switzerland where he did not get enough play time.
“When the opportunity comes I’m always ready to serve Nigeria. I understand that while I was with CD Lugano I didn’t have much playing time but now, things have changed at my new club.
All I want to do now is concentrate on club football and build my form, this will further open the door of opportunity to the Super Eagles.”
Amuzie debuted for the senior Nigeria national football team in a 1-1 draw played in a 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualification tie against Egypt in 2016.
