Rivers hoopers close in on 2019 Afro league basketball challenge

Coach of Nigeria Premier basketball league winner Rivers Hoopers Odaudu Ogoh has stated that the Nigerian side is closing in on the challenge of competing at the fast approaching Afro league basketball as the team have been on intensive training in a bid to sharpen it competitive edge. 
Ogoh speaking in a chat with www.brila.net informed that they will be adding three players from the domestic scene namely Abdul Yaya from Kano Pillars, Apara Chika a point guard from Bauchi nets and a yet to be decided signing to help shore up grey areas I’m their team.
The FIBA Africa Zone 3 champions will be competing at the group stage in Morocco after AS Salle’s bid was considered as host over Rivers Hoopers.
The first group stage challenge begins on the 1st to the 3rd of March 2019.
