Having signed the most sorted after manager(Abdul Maikaba) in the NPFL, Plateau United has hit the headlines again, this time for the signing of Rivers United attacker Bernard Ovoke.
Ovoke put pen to paper for a three year deal with the former Nigeria professional football league champions and he’s expected to be one several big names that will join the Jos based Club before the closing of transfer window in December.
The former Bayelsa United attacker will now work with former Akwa United and Wiki Tourist manager Abdu Maikaba who recently agreed a two deal with the Jos based club.
Plateau United who relinquished the NPFL crown title they won in 2017 to Lobi Stars of Makurdi last season are hoping to reclaim the title again in the coming season.
