Triple Tragedy! Leicester Owner aboard Crashed Helicopter on Black Saturday for English Football

A triple tragedy struck English football on Saturday as news broke of a Brighton fan passing during the club’s EPL match as well as the collapse and ill health of former England Manager Glenn Hoddle and the helicopter crash involving Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and his daughter.

There’s no confirmation of any deaths on the helicopter, although it is believed Leicester owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, his daughter, two pilots and a unknown fifth person were all on board.

Players of the club, including Wilfred Ndidi, have been sending messages of prayer.

Ndidi helped the team earn a point at home against West Ham in Saturday’s premier league match, after he scored an 89th minute equalizer.

Reports confirmed the crash happened after the match at the King Power Stadium, but it wasn’t until Sunday morning before the identities of the occupants of the helicopter was confirmed.

A timeline of the crash as reported by Sky Sports detailed that the helicopter conveying the Thai owner took off from the center of the King Power stadium, but two minutes later emergency services received calls of a crash in the club’s car park.

Meanwhile, Ndidi who had also tweeted a message in support of an injured teammate, followed up that tweet with emojis of three praying hands.

Cryptic but it is believed the message was posted about the same time news of teh crash was announced.

There has been no official confirmation about the well being of the Leicester City owner of the four other people on board the helicopter.
