U17 Pre-World Cup Tourney: Eaglets up against Hosts Turkey today

As the Golden Eaglets continue preparations for the 2019 FIFA Under 17 World Cup billed for Brazil later in the year, the Manu Garba tutored side are in Turkey for an invitational tournament.

They will this Sunday take on Turkey in the opening game of the UEFA/CAF U17 International Tournament.

Also taking part in the tournament is Scotland, Angola, Cameroon, Senegal, Guatemala and Paraguay.

Angola and Scotland will lock horns in the second game of the day.

Nigeria have won the FIFA Under 17 world cup on five occasions and will be gunning for title number 6 when this year’s edition comes up in Brazil between October 26 and November 17
