U20 AFCON: Obuh makes case for Flying Eagles’ average showing

Former coach of Nigeria’s U20 national team John Sam Obuh has stated that Nigerians should take it easy on the current Flying Eagles after the team’s failure to finish within the medal zone at the just concluded CAF Africa U20 cup of nations in Niger republic.
Obuh speaking in a chat with www.Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid frankly the performance of the team wasn’t as envisioned  by Nigerians but that the pressure to succeed and qualify for the world cup must have taken it toll on the team and called for calm from Nigerians to be patient with the Flying Eagles team ahead of the FIFA U20 world cup in Poland.
Obuh finally said he is sure the coach has seen the team’s strength and weaknesses and that he expects the coach to make necessary adjustment to the team.
