Claudio Ranieri was brought to tears during AS Roma’s Serie A season’s finale against Parma at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.
Ranieri, who also who won the Premier League title with Leicester City four season ago, was brought on board at the Giallorossi to salvage their campaign for European football next season.
Following Sunday’s 2-1 win over Parma, AS Roma finished in sixth place and three points ahead of Torino, to book a place in the Europa League.
The 67 year-old bowed and was teary as Roma fans held a sign up appreciating his effort for the club.
