Dolphins will compete for the Nigeria Basketball League crown, but not with the underdog tag says Head Peter Ahmedu.
The team finished as runner up last season, but the strength of the roster for the new season could see them fall further behind in the pecking order behind First Bank Basketball Club and MFM Basketball Club.
Despite the obvious gulf in quality; with 11 rookies in the team, Ahmedu who won the peat with the Elephant girls isn’t giving up on the title even before the campaign starts.
He told brila.net that the young team will fight game by game and push for the title.
