Ighalo who copped the injury while on international duty with Nigeria at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt posted videos of his recovery in a solo session at the Club’s facility.

He finished as the tournament’s top scorer, netting 5 goals to help Nigeria pick Bronze in Egypt, only to announce his international retirement hours later.
The Striker is committed to return with Shanghai Shenhua in the Chinese Super League and help them finish as high up the table as possible.
Current sitting 12th in the table, the Flower of Shanghai have been on a six game unbeaten run.
Ighalo has played 9 league games and scored 7 goals for the club this season.
