Akwa United Chairman Paul Bassey has threatened to back out of the AITEO Federations Cup due to poor timing, planning, and organization.
Paul Bassey told brila.net after his United defeated Sokoto that his side could back out from the AITEO competition not minding the fine that will be melted on him.
The Club Supremo is displeased by the way football is managed and organized in the country.
”I don’t know how we do things in this country, how can we finished a competition where the boys played randomly on Saturdays and Wednesday nonstop in Lagos, no rest, then the following week we are starting on another competition? Bassey asked.
