CAF Champions League: Sakin confident Horoya AC will progress

Horoya Athletic Club Striker, Simeon Bolaji Sakin says he has set his sights on victory with his club in the CAF Champions League today.

The Guinean Champions are in Algeria to keep a date with JS Kabylie in a first round first leg clash in Africa’s elite club competition.

The former Rivers United and U20 National team player said “We are in town for real business, we have prepared very well; closed camping really helped and we hope we will be able to make a mark in Algeria.”

Horoya Athletic reached the quarter-final of the Champions League last season, where they lost to Wydad Casablanca over two legs.

The Nigerian scored four goals in the Championship last season and says there is a real determination to replicate their last season’s form.
