Lobi Stars media officer, Mark Agbo Igwuche has fired back at Mamelodi Sundowns’ boastfulness on how prepared they are to get a win, noting that ‘talk is cheap’ and they would be the more offensive side.
Speaking with Cornerstonenewsng.comfrom Lobi Stars’ base in South Africa, mark revealed that Lobi Stars players are very angry with how things have turned out so far for them in the Champions League campaign and would right all wrongs in Saturday’s tie against Sundowns.
“Mamelodi Sundowns can say what they want about the game tomorrow and how they are hoping to win but we are equally ready. I must also say that the Lobi players are going into this game as angry and wounded lion.
All we have on our mind is how we can get 3 points from this game. We believe Mamelodi Sundowns is beatable and we can do it. The coach, Solomon Ogbeide will be nothing but offensive tomorrow because Sundowns will try to come down hard on us and we will do same too.”
