Lobi stars defender Ebube Duru has reiterated the title credentials of his side after beating Kwara united FC in Ilorin on Sunday in one of the NPFL Match day 22 round of matches to keep pace with league leaders Plateau united.
Duru speaking in a chat with www.Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid the result in Ilorin is a very good one for the team coming at a very good time and believes this will come in handy in the race to emerge as league champion at the end of the season.
“It’s a good result for us, now every game we take step by step. The next match is for us to focus on the home game against Kano Pillars.
“The way we take our home game is the way we take our away game so I know at the end of the season, we are going to come out as the crowned champion of the league.”
