Eagles will eschew complacency – Agu

Super Eagles goalkeeper trainer Alloy Agu has stated that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will not fall for the temptation of been complacent after drawing Cape Verde, Central Africa republic and Liberia in the draws for the 2022 FIFA world cup Africa qualifying campaign.

Agu speaking in a chat with brila.net said Nigeria will make the count for the world cup but stressed that there are no minnows in football again.
He added that Nigeria will not miss out of finishing well and top to lead the group.
“Well by the special grace of God we know what is at stake is just the ticket, we just have to be there. There are no minnows anymore in football. So we don’t want to underrate any of the countries and by the special grace of God, I know that Super Eagles will be counted.”
