Ebuehi on Verge of Permanent Move from Benfica

Super Eagles defender, Tyronne Ebuehi is set to complete a permanent move to Empoli.

Ebuehi is contracted to Benfica, but spent last season on loan at Venezia, where he played 26, games before injury ruled him out.

The full-back ended his adventure at Venezia following their relegation to the Serie B, but he’s keen to remain in Italy.

According to Gianluca DiMarzio, Ebuehi will soon complete his move from Benfica to Empoli.

New Empoli boss Paolo Zanetti, signed the Nigerian for Venezia last season and he’s pushing for the Right-back to join him at Empoli.

Empoli and Benfica are working on permanent agreement and the player will undergo medical examinations in the coming days.

He will sign a three-year contract with the option for the fourth year at the club and Benfica added sell on clause that will allow them to earn 10% from future sale.
