Ekpo urges Rohr to open Super Eagles to continuous building

Former Nigeria international and Technical study group member Friday Ekpo has urged Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr to leave the national team open to continuous building because the team are not yet the finished article. 

Ekpo speaking in a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid inviting players based on form is a way of rebuilding and keeping a level of standard in the team which he believes will make the team stronger and better while the coach also have it easier to do when top performing players are what he has at his disposal.

“For the Super Eagles we are still building and we keep building. The word there is to keep building, to build a very strong team into winning ways so that we should be giant of Arica. Pick the very best of players currently playing week in week out, so that the coach will be at ease to do his work perfectly okay so that we have a better team for proper selection.”
