Super Falcons and Eskilstuna of Sweden midfielder Ngozi Okobi has stated that the players in the camp of the women national team have all shown good form and that coach Thomas Dennerby will have a tough time picking the final 23 list of players that will represent Nigeria at the FIFA women’s world cup in France.
Okobi speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said she believes in the ability of the Super Falcons already based on what the players have all shown and the level of preparation so far.
She added that the team will be good no matter the outcome of the final list of players that will be selected.
“I believe so much in the team, I believe so much in every player that has been called up. I think it’s going to be a tough one for coach Thomas Dennerby to actually decide who will stay or leave. So it’s pretty been good preparation for us.”
The final list of 23 players for the FIFA women’s world cup will be released by coach Thomas Dennerby later today.
