Former Super Eagles forward and Champions League winner Finidi George has tipped EPL side, Liverpool, to win this season’s UEFA Champions League.
Liverpool had earlier in the week staged a massive comeback against Barcelona after losing 3-0 away at the Camp Nou.
In a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comfrom his base in Spain, Finidi said he would love to see Liverpool win the prestigious competition after seeing his favourite side Ajax dumped out of the competition.
Finidi alongside Nwankwo Kanu won the 1995 edition of the UEFA Champions League with the Dutch giants, Ajax Amsterdam.
