Flying Eagles skipper Udo express mixed feelings after world cup final list unveiling

Flying Eagles skipper Ikouwem Udo-Utin has expressed mixed feelings after the 2019 FIFA U20 world cup final list of 21 players was released Monday evening after dinner in camp.

Udo speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said he feels privileged to have been among the lucky 21 players while also revealing how tough it was for players who were not able to make the final cut to the world cup in Poland.
Udo, however, said that the team is determined to carry on the desire to ensure they make Nigerians proud at the tournament.
“I want to thank God for everything though it wasn’t easy for some of our players that didn’t make it to the final list because God knows the best for us.
“I think it’s a great privilege and opportunity for us to make the list. For us, we are going there with a mind of achieving the aim and purpose of making Nigerians proud.”
Ikouwem Utin is also hoping to shine at the world cup to impress his new employer Israeli side Maccabi Haifa.
