FIFA and CAF Presidents Gianni Infantino and Ahmad have both been accused of a series of cover ups including allegations of theft, Money-laundering and sexual harassment by embattled CAF executive member Musa Bility.
Bility also accused the leadership of the governing bodies of witch-hunting and victimization in a two-paged letter challenging his 10-year ban by the FIFA Ethics Committee for alleged misappropriation of funds as the Liberia FA President.
The Liberian football administrator also disclosed he has taken his case to the Court of Arbitration for Sports, where he’ll also challenge the legitimacy of Fatma Samoura, FIFA’s Secretary General’s imposition as “General Delegate” to CAF.

Samoura’s emergence was ratified at CAF’s Executive Committee meeting last week. She will now head the Confederation for at least 6 months.
NFF President and CAF executive member, Amaju Pinnick speaking about the decision to BBC Sport that, “Ms Samoura’s appointment would help “strengthen our judicial, governance and fiscal discipline”.
He said it had “99.9%” approval within the Executive Committee.
