Lokosa hails CAS over Champions League ruling

Nigeria and Esperance striker, Junior Lokosa has hailed the decision of the court of arbitration of sport rulings on the appeal filed against the Champions League final replay decision of CAF.

The Confederation of African Football wanted a replay of the final, but the decision has been dismissed by the international quasi-judicial body.

 

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has confirmed Esperance as winners of 2019 CAF Champions League on Wednesday.

 

Lokosa who told Cornerstonenewsng.comin an exclusive interview said that he is very happy hearing the news that it calls for celebration in the club today.

 

”I feel more than happy you know, people are celebrating when it gets towards the evening time, it will be very big jubilation for the fans so, am very happy.

 

”Initially, when they canceled the finals to be repeated we were not happy, we felt bad and don’t talk much about it, we allowed the management to do the work, as the news broke out it will be massive jubilation during the training session. ‘ Lokosa concluded.
