Moise Kean stands up to racist chants

Mino Raiola, the agent of Moise Kean, has expressed his support to the Juventus forward after he was subjected to racial abuse from Cagliari’s ultras on Tuesday night.

Kean took to social media, posting a picture of his celebration after scoring his team’s second goal, with several football players showing their support to the 19-year-old.

Kean, born in Italy to Ivorian parents, was abused all night by sections of the home support, with monkey chants aimed at him, but had the final say by netting Juve’s second goal with five minutes left.

The teenager stood at the post, his arms aloft in response to the chants.

“We are together brother,” wrote Miralem Pjanic, while Blaise Matuidi, who also suffered racist abuse in the same stadium, shared his teammate’s picture on Instagram.

Former Manchester United and Juventus left-back Patrice Evra congratulated Kean for his reaction.

“This is not acceptable in football or anywhere in the world,” he wrote.”Well done to Moise Kean for standing up to them and showing them who is boss.

“The world would be a better place if we all shared more love, no matter what.”

Meanwhile, teammate Cristiano Ronaldo who is out injured posted a picture of himself on his twitter account captioned “no words needed…”
