Nigeria has a chance to go far at the World cup – U21 Handball Coach

Coach of Nigeria’s U21 Handball national team Shittu Agboola has stated that the Nigeria U21 Handball national team will be able to make the cut out of the group stage of the world cup after been drawn alongside France, Sweden, Egypt, South Korea, and Australia.

Agboola speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the group is tough but the competitions attended already by this team will come in handy for the team at a crucial moment.
He thereafter added that the issue of no fund from the ministry is very worrisome and distracts what should have been full concentration to prepare and focus solely on the competition.
“It’s really a tough group but because of all these exposures we have had over time, we are supposed to be able to make it out of that group.
I’m really hopeful that we will qualify from that group. The only impediment I see is if we will get the support of the ministry so as to help ensure we start camping on time.”
The competition is billed for the 15th through to the 28th of July 2019 in Spain.
