Olympic Eagles ranks bolstered with arrival of former Arsenal player

Kelechi Nwakali has arrived the Olympic Eagles camp and took part in Sunday’s practice session inside the Stephen Keshi stadium.

Nwakali return to the team comes as a huge relief for Head Coach Imama Amapakabo as the team must overturn a 1-0 first-leg deficit to reach the AFCON U23 tournament in Egypt.

The two finalists in Egypt will fly Africa’s flag at the Men’s Football Tournament of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

 

On Tuesday, Nigeria will host the reverse fixture of the final round qualifying match against Sudan in Asaba.
