Pillars coach Musa satisfied with Super six unbeaten run

Coach of Kano Pillars FC Ibrahim Musa has stated that he is very pleased with his side’s end to the just concluded NPFL Super six although wished his team should have ended with the league title.

Musa speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said his team showed class and quality and should have been the true winner of the NPFL after posting an unbeaten run in the weeklong organised NPFL Super six even with a win against Enyimba who ended up as the winner of the league.
“We thank God because we qualified for our first target which is to enter Continental after which we decided to go for the league. We wanted to win the cup but since we didn’t win the cup, we take consolation in finishing second this time.
