Plateau United coach Maikaba not interested in the chasing pack

Plateau united coach Abdul Maikaba has stated that he is not interested in the chasing pack neither is he looking over his shoulders ahead of today’s NPFL match day 25 fixture against Kwara united FC in Jos.
Maikaba speaking in a chat with Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid he believes all that is needed by his side is to focus on their own game and keep getting result which would mean getting the job done on their own without having to bother about what’s happening elsewhere which would be enough eventually at the end of the season to land the title once they get things right in their own games.
“I don’t normally look, I just concentrate on our own games, I will always tell my players win our own games and that will solve our problems and we have been doing that and happy about it.
“In a race of athletics, if you see an athletes looking back, it’s a sign of maybe lack of confidence that opponents can come from behind and overtake him. “
