Chairman of Rangers Int’l FC Davidson Owumi admits the club is on a resurgence and back to its glory days.
In the past three seasons, Rangers have been crowned league champions, they won the Aiteo Cup and have a shot at continental glory in the Confederation Cup, all of which is down to a deliberate effort to breathe life back into the club Owumi told brila.net.
