Super Eagles goalkeeper Okoye reveals transfer plans

Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye revealed his club are working out a possible of going out on loan in a top flight league next season.

 

Okoye who currently on the payroll of German side fourth division side Fortuna Duesseldorf made his debut for the Super Eagles in international friendly against the Selecao of Brazil played at the Kallang international stadium in Singapore.

 

Okoye explained in a live Instagram session that playing for the three time African champions has helped his career and currently working out the possibilities of playing in a top division.

 

“Playing for the Super Eagles as been a good step for my career, my club are arranging for me to go on loan to a club in the Netherlands Eredivisie next season to get premiership experience”, he said.

 

The 20 year old also confirmed that he has agreed to a contract extension with the Club, but the club won’t stand his way should a good offer arrive.
