The 2018/2019 NNL Format

The 2018/2019 season for the Nigeria National League(NNL) go start today wey be Wednesday 10 April 2019 for different centres wey dey pick for the biggest expanded abridged divisions dem wey dey since the history of the second tier.

Na 42 teams go follow take part this season and den Don break dem down into 2 conferences of Northern and South with the forty two(42) clubs for four(4) groups of two(2) sub divisions each.

 

Dem divide the clubs into A1,A2,A3,and A4 for the Northern Conference and B1,B2,B3,and B4 for  the Southern Conference.

 

Some groups get 5 teams and some get 6 teams. Web the group matches go finish,the  group winners go come qualify for playoff , That is :

 

Winner A1 go gbege  A2. Winner A3 go jam A4 for  the Northern Conference. Then for the South:

 

Winner B1 go face B2 and Winner B3 go target  B4.

 

Any one wey win im  play off kasala  go come qualify for the four NNL slots wey dey the Nigeria Professional Football League(NPFL). Den go also play for the Super Four in for Asaba, Delta State to take determine who the overall champion of NNL for the season be.

 

Eight (8) Clubs from the Nigeria Nationwide (NLO) League go get promotion enter the NNL while Eight(8) NNL clubs go fall Yakata enter the Nigeria Nationwide League(NLO),wen season end.
