Flying Eagles reserve goalkeeper, Detan Ogundare has stated that the entire squad has vowed to play out their hearts when they face Mali in the first semi-final of the CAF U-20 Cup of Nations.
In an exclusive chat with brila.net, the Kogi United shot-stopper declared that they would be at their best on Wednesday when they take on their Malian counterparts in the first semi-final match at the Stade Général Seyni Kountché, Niamey.
“We know what is at stake and we will do our best by giving a 100% against Mali”, he said.
The match will kick off at exactly 16.30hrs local time with Egyptian referee, Amin Mohamed Amin Mohamed Omar set to handle proceedings.
