Wikki Tourists striker Aba Umar is confident that his side can beat the drop despite their recent woeful performances in the Nigeria Professional Football League NPFL.
Umar scored Wikki’s consolation goal in his team’s 2-1 away defeat to Enugu Rangers in the matchday ten said his lost the game due to lack of concentration.
“We lost our match against Rangers to lack of concentration as there was little or nothing between the teams. As you can see almost every team in the NPFL are almost at the same level but the difference between teams are moments of concentration like we experienced ”
The forward added that his side can kick start their season once the league resumes from the election break.
“We are a very young side but with a lot of talent. We really didn’t start well but our objectives is still to make the playoffs and we have to keep working towards it and believing”
