Enyimba number and Super Eagles goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai has urged the Eagles not to underrate any team in their AFCON group B.
Afelokhai in an exclusive interview with www.brila.net admonished the team not to look down on any side in the group and they should take each game very serious, underrating a country according to him, will be at their own peril.
‘We don’t need to underrate any team or country when you go through our group we should come out top, but if we underrate anyone in the group, definitely we will find it difficult to come out of the group’.
According to him, countries that qualified for this year’s Afcon in Egypt are not push over.
‘If you get to see the countries that qualify for this year’s Afcon, you will understand that Nigeria has a chance of reaching the finals when we put our all in the game, they just need to be determined and the fans also should support the team with prayers’ Afelokhai concluded.
