Captain of Nigeria’s Basketball national team Ike Diogu has revealed that players of the national team are all excited and motivated by the prospect of playing for Nigeria ahead of the fast-approaching FIBA world cup in China.
Diogu speaking in a chat gathered by Cornerstonenewsng.comsaid everyone in this team presently hasn’t experienced what playing in the world cup look like and that alone is a driving force for the players who want to grace the FIBA world cup in China.
“The training has been really good, we have a lot of good players, we have a lot of young players exciting talents, we are all just excited to represent Nigeria at the world cup the right way and we believe we will have a successful outing at the world cup in China.”
