Second assistant coach of Nigeria’s U17 national team Jolomi Atune has stated that Nigeria is replete with talented footballers at young age and that despite the inclusion of two U15 players, there wasn’t so much difference which speaks so much of the quality in the current Eaglets.
Atune who currently is in charge of the rest 30 players who didn’t travel with the team said the team is blessed with good enough quality and that the quality left behind is as good as those that travelled buy that the current contingent in Turkey were those who played at the U17/AFCON in Tanzania together with two U15 players that were in the U15 Japan invitational some few months back.
“There are two U15 teams players that went to Japan recently in this current U17 teams in Turkey. The two that makes the trip to Turkey, there is not difference in them to others which speaks of the quality of the current t U17 teams. Nigeria is a blessed country, we have talent everywhere in Nigeria.”
