Ibrahim not giving up despite home Eagles 4-1 defeat against Togo

Home based Eagles forward Sunusi Ibrahim is not giving up yet despite the CHAN Eagles 4-1 defeat against their Togolese counterpart yesterday at the Stade de Kegue in Togo.

Ibrahim speaking in a chat with www.brila.net called on Nigerians to pray for the team and stressed that it is not an insurmountable result. He added that the team has what it takes to win big and overturn the huge deficit when Nigeria play host to Togo’s Sparrowhawk in the second leg next month.
“I want every Nigerian person to pray for us, and by God grace we are going to win the game and we are going to qualify. I feel there is nothing there, we can do it. I believe in the team and I believe in the coaches. With every one in the team, we can do it.”
