Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr is reportedly hoping to extend his contract with the Nigeria football federation until at least 2023.
The Franco-German tactician disclosed this to Cornerstonenewsng.comat the camp of the Super eagles in Uyo as the team braces up preparation for the Afcon qualifiers match day 2 clash against Lesotho in Maseru.
”I will seek an extension for my contract until the end of the world cup in Qatar 2022, I want to be in charge of this team because the team is young and I see prospects and champions in the lads, ” He stated.
Rohr’s contract will expire in six months time and the Franco German wants the NFF to extends his contract for him to qualify Nigeria to the world cup in Qatar.
