Mikel, Troost-Ekong return to Super Eagles Starting XI, Jamilu Collins in Contention

After sitting out the first two group games, Jamilu Collins is likely to make his AFCON debut Today when Nigeria face Madagascar in the final round of Group B matches.

Collins missed Nigeria’s wins against Burundi and Guinea due to injury but could get minutes against the Barea, in left-back while Ola Aina could be rested.

Also, captain Mikel Obi and center half William Troost-Ekong could return to the starting XI after both missed the game against Guinea.

Super Eagles Head Coach Gernot Rohr has had to patch up his side over the two group games owing largely to injuries.

Sunday’s game will decide the group leader with Nigeria already on 6 points while debutants, Madagascar have racked up four points from two matches.
